From the onset, the firm represented a different approach in design and concepts, hence quickly gaining fame, with multiple residential and commercial projects in and around Cochin and Calicut. The firm grew its branches with various associations throughout Kerala and Karnataka and by 2015, gained a reputation as one of Kerala’s most creative set of Designers. Through its fruitful associations VVAS, has been able to leave its mark on many turnkey projects such as,  Hilite Mall Trissur, VKC corporate Office Calicut, Knowledge International School Shiroor among other such proposals.
